London Temple

Colette's first vist to the temple! We were lucky to be able to do baptisms with a youth group that just happened to be there!

The London Temple was dedicated by David O McKay and is one of the older temples. Its simplicity is also what makes it beautiful! The grounds are adorned by the most amazing flowers.  We haven't seen this much color in one place in a long time!

On the way back we came a cross a farm selling U pick raspberries! Delicious!!!

London!

Welcome to the land of double decker buses!

We arrived on July22nd which happened to be the day Prince George was born.  A big story in these parts!

The underground is still the way to travel London.

Picadilly circus

The London Eye

Big Ben and Westminster

The city is very beautiful at night. It feels like Peter Pan should fly by at any time!

Tower of London

We took a spin in the London Eye. What amazing views!

Thorpe Park, England

Colette and I showing off our Henna Tattoos! (We got these in Abu Dhabi before we left)

Apparently, England is living in the 80's. We must have missed a few things because everyone was wearing cut off shirts, high waisted shorts, neon, black and white stripes and leg warmers! Is it that way in the States?

Ashtonn was just about an inch too short for some of the rides. He had a donut to make up for missing some rides.

Yas Raceway

Ashtonn and his buddy Sully at the go-kart track.

Ashtonn kept turing around to check on Sully. He crashed into the side right after this!

Gregg got to take a few spins around the race track in a real formula one car!

Gregg looks like the filling of a twinkie!

Gregg totally rocked it! 185mph!

Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Abu Dhabi

We finally made it over the the Grand Mosque! It was a beautiful day and we watched the sun go down behind the mosque. Colette and I had to wear some abayas to maintain respectful modesty.

The detail work was so intricate! Just beautiful.

These windows are being lit from the outside sunlight.

Beautiful place, beautiful people!
